This is a new villa with all the mod cons, close to safe sandy beaches in one of the warmest regions of south eastern Spain (the clue is in the name). The views are stunning, a beautiful bay with many little coves and inlets, framed by rugged mountains that announce this is a Spanish coast. Now fully registered with the Murcia Tourist Board .
Close to the beach
The villa is just 500 yards from the beach, and has the use of a shared pool right by the front door. It is only a 10 minute walk to the village of Isla Plana with its restaurants, bars and beaches whilst the bustling town of Puerto de Mazarron is just a short drive away.
Fully Fitted - Self Catering for 6
There are two bedrooms (one en-suite) and a second bathroom. Both have built in wardrobes, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge and the villa easily sleeps 6. The kitchen has everything needed for a complete self-catering holiday, including fridge/freezer, microwave, stove and and washing machine. In the lounge there is a TV, DVD player and home cinema system, and the whole villa is air-conditioned for comfort in the warm Spanish summer. Wifi is now provided throughout the villa.
Lots to do nearby
Puerto Mazarron is nearby, it has a delightful marina with bars and restaurants, and shops and supermarkets. Within 45 minutes drive is the ancient city of Cartegena, home port of the Spanish Armada and still a Naval Base, and the city of Murcia, a fascinating Moorish gem. Inland there are many golf courses, and work has already started on the new Paramount Park, a rival to Disneyland and less than 20 minutes away.
