We had the most amazing holiday in Isla Plana and the yoga
really made the holiday for us. Lisa was truly fantastic. I
came back a lot more flexible than I started out and feeling a
lot calmer! I really hope we will be able to go back at some
point, and if we do I will be booking into yoga for the week!
