Description: This new 2 bed, 2 bath villa was newly equipped for the 2012 rental season. The villa is on the Mojon Hills Resort, close to the pretty traditional Spanish village of Isla Plana, and just 5 minutes drive from Puerto de Mazarrón. It is South facing and gets extensive sunlight  over most of the year.

The villa has an open plan living area with a comfortable sofa bed (allowing it to sleep 6 people) , large TV, music centre and ample space to relax. The open plan dining area has seating for 4, but there is the opportunity to dine on the terrace on the patio furniture provided, with views down to the sea.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and everything you need for a self catering break for 6 in the sun. The lounge has French windows leading onto the covered sun terrace with feature arches, and there are sun loungers and umbrellas available, and a small BBQ for hot summer nights.

There are 2 bedrooms, a master double room with en-suite shower room and a second twin bedroom. Both have fitted wardrobes and are furnished to a high standard. There is also a second family bathroom.

The villa has air conditioning throughout which runs from a meter system. Guests are given 10€ credit and may buy more cards on arrival if required. There is normally an onshore sea breeze that cools the villa during the day, without the need to run the aircon.

Externally there is off-road parking for one car, and the rear of the villa has stairs leading up to the solarium. This covers the whole roof, and now has a gazebo covering half the area, giving shade for when it gets too hot to be in the sun, and for the private yoga sessions we are now providing. Great views down to the beach about 10 mins walk away, and being south facing there is sun almost all day.

The location of this villa makes it ideal for families as it is adjacent to the communal pool, with a safe kids pool, grassy areas and spa pool, all of which can be watched from the terrace and the solarium.

The Toshiba digital TV provides the Spanish terrestrial stations, including some which are US or UK sourced. If the soundtrack is available in English the TV will automatically use that.  DVD's and CD's can be played through the 5.1 home cinema system.

Broadband is provided - there is a Wifi modem in the villa running at 5 Mb/s. The signal is supplied by a wide area wireless service,  there is an aerial on the roof. Note that EE has data and call packages that can be used at the villa and 3Mobile accounts charge local UK rates in Spain.
